Coming from Belgrade, Serbia, Andrijana launched her professional career with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad, graduating with high honors in 2021.
Andrijana began her career at CPZV in Novi Sad, Serbia, where she was responsible for developing training programs, leading educational workshops, and playing a role in project management. This experience laid the groundwork for her strong organizational and leadership skills.
In 2022, Andrijana took on the role of Research Assistant at Proctorio, marking her entry into more structured administrative roles.
Her next career step was with the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) in Belgrade, Serbia. Starting as an Administrative Intern, she quickly earned a leadership position within the Administration Unit. During her tenure, she managed comprehensive legal and HR documentation, organized critical business activities, and streamlined communication processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
Currently, Andrijana is an Executive Assistant at Loker Law, where she leverages her administrative experience to support Elizabeth Wagner, ensuring seamless coordination and organizational excellence.
