Elizabeth Wagner

Elizabeth was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana. Elizabeth attended Morehead State University in Kentucky on a softball scholarship where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Shortly after, Elizabeth moved to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law.

During law school, Elizabeth interned with the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office. While in law school, Elizabeth earned various awards and recognitions including Academic Excellence awards. Elizabeth was also the recipient of the Justice Howard B. and Joan C. Weiner Scholarship.

Out of law school Elizabeth joined one of the top consumer protection firms in the country where she was an associate for two years. Elizabeth then changed gears and spent the next couple of years working for consumers in the lemon law arena where Elizabeth gained valuable trial experience. Elizabeth has spent the entirety of her legal career defending consumers against large corporations.

Elizabeth then joined long-time mentor and friend Matt Loker at Loker Law, APC in 2022, where she focuses on consumer protection cases involving identity theft, credit reporting issues, and unfair debt collection practices.

Elizabeth also teaches Business Law to upper-level law students at the San Luis Obispo College of Law.
