Andrei Armas is a consumer rights attorney with over a decade of experience fighting for individuals against powerful financial institutions and deceptive businesses. His practice focuses on banking, credit, and debt collection issues, often stemming from identity theft and unauthorized transactions. He also advocates for consumers against deceptive business practices, including through class actions.
A California native, Andrei earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he volunteered with JusticeCorps, helping underprivileged families navigate the legal system. That experience sparked a lasting commitment to advocacy and public service.
Throughout law school, he remained focused on public interest law and environmental justice. He received his J.D. from California Western School of Law, making the Dean’s Honor List and interning with Oceana and the San Diego Superior Court.
Outside the office, Andrei prioritizes time with his family and enjoys staying active through soccer and outdoor adventures.
