Nicholas J. Enns, Esq.

Nicholas J. Enns was raised on a tree fruit farm in California’s Central Valley. He worked through his undergraduate studies at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he earned a B.S. in Molecular & Cellular Biology. After graduation, Nick spent several years working in medical pathology in San Luis Obispo before relocating to Orange County, CA, to obtain his teaching credential and M.A. in Teaching from Chapman University.

Coming out of his credentialing program, the first teaching job he landed was in Santa Maria, CA, allowing him to return to the Central Coast. There, he dedicated the next 13 years to teaching high school science during the school year while lifeguarding at Avila Beach, CA, during the summers.

Driven by his passions and the desire to expand career opportunities for himself and his family, Nick pursued law at the San Luis Obispo College of Law. His wife, an ER nurse, and their three young, active children supported him as he balanced full-time teaching with law school night classes. During one summer in law school, Nick interned at Loker Law, gaining firsthand experience in how impactful practicing in this area of law could be.

Nick began working full-time at Loker Law in August 2024. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.
