Scott is a native of the Central Coast and grew up in Paso Robles, California. Scott attended the University of North Carolina-Pembroke on a football scholarship, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after, Scott moved back to the Central Coast to attend the San Luis Obispo College of Law.
Scott graduated from the San Luis Obispo College of Law with his Masters in Legal Studies, as well as with his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. While in law school, Scott was a contracts student under Loker Law Founding Partner Matthew Loker.
Upon Graduation from Law School, Scott’s primary practice included the defense of lawsuits in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and landlord/tenant disputes. Scott then joined Loker Law, APC in 2024, where he focuses on consumer protection cases involving identity theft, credit reporting issues, and unfair debt collection practices.
Scott is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to the United States Federal Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern District of California.
